Good views from the terrace and amazing setting in the beautiful Istrian countryside. the pool, jacuzzi, and BBQ facilities were well-maintained and a great way to relax. the room had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including a fridge and microwave. the hosts were friendly and attentive, giving some excellent advice on things to do in the local area.
There were a few negative aspects to the stay. the breakfast was not included.

This hotel is located in a serene and picturesque small village in Istria, surrounded by verdant landscapes and stunning views of the mountains. The hotel facilities are top-notch, with an incredible pool, jacuzzi, Finnish sauna, and well-maintained BBQ facilities. The cleanliness of this hotel is immaculate, and the staff is always available to help. Additionally, it has ample parking space, making it very convenient for guests.

the room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities. the bathroom was modern and spotless. the hosts were very welcoming and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for local restaurants. We also enjoyed the use of the pool and the beautiful terrace with amazing views.

We did enjoy the fact that the room had some appliances and the terrace was quite spacious and well-appointed. Another advantage was that the hosts were friendly and provided us with useful information on the area.
The location was quite inconvenient, and it took longer to reach any place of interest. The infrastructure was pretty basic, with just a room provided, and it lacked several basic necessities.

We stayed at this lovely hotel in a very small village and had an amazing time. The location in the quiet village was exactly what we were looking for - peaceful and relaxing. The room was incredibly spacious, with a large bathroom and a room terrace that provided stunning views. We appreciated the small details like the mini fridge, cooking facilities, and even a washing machine. And of course, the swimming pool was simply amazing! The owner was friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. We can't wait to come back and stay for longer.
